Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark yellow-gold color with a large creamy off white head that lingered and left incredible lacing. The aroma was floral hops, perfume, rose water and vague herbs. The flavor was dry, nutty, perfumey, herbal and floral with a bitter, tangy and off soapy presence. Long finish and medium body. Not good.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a yellow-gold color with a medium sized soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was faintly tangy with a hint of sugar and vague fruit. The flavor was tangy, a bit sour and bitter with hints of peach and pear. The finish was medium length sugar and tangy fruit. Medium body. EH.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a huge fluffy orange-white head that lingered forever and left excellent lacing. The aroma was dryish, floral and had a light grapefruit presence. The flavor was dry nut, caramel and a bit of bread with faint notes of citrus and grapefruit. Not much hops for an IPA. Medium length tangy and sweet finish with lingering bread and grapefruit. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left incredible lacing. The aroma was moderate citric, floral and fruity hops with a herbal note and pepper. The flavor was sweet and tangy citrus, herbal hops, perfumey hops and buttered bread. The finish was medium length tangy citrus and buttered bread. Medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a dark caramel color with a medium sized foamy beige head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was faint malt and apple with nothing else going on. The flavor was tangy apple, pear, faint pepper and toast. Medium length tangy apple and pear finish. Moderately full bodied and smooth.
