Description
The beer is named after the Slavic god Radegast. This, the most popular brand of beer in Moravia and characterised by its bitterness, is brewed in the Nošovice brewery from the highest quality brewing ingredients from Moravia. It was first brewed in 1970. The brand has a strong and loyal following in Moravia and Silesia, but is also popular with beer lovers all over the Czech Republic.

Butelka. Ło panie, niemałe zasko! Klarowne jak na koncerniaka przystało, pianka gęsta i trwała. W aromacie ziołowo-trawiaste, taki klasyczny chmiel, trochę chlebowe. Nuty brzeczkowe, nawet jeśli, to pomijalne. W smaku przyjemnie, półwytrawnie. Goryczka nawet całkiem, całkiem. Wodniste, ale nie obstawiałbym, że to bezalko. Przyjemny pils.

Tap at Radegastovna Perón. Hazy deep golden body with a lasting, milky white head. Okay aroma, flowery notes on a malty base, but not particularly enticing. The taste is a bit of a surprise after other Radegasts. Honeyish sweet maltiness, full, with flowery hoppy notes, ending dry and mildly bitterish. Eh, it's okay, but, honestly, the bready tankovný Radegast 12° I've tried at its side served its purpose far better.

Bottle, 30% off, at Albert Filadelfie. Luuurv these easy cheap ticks my dange self. Er, right. Anyway, lovely clear dark amber body, with a slightly off white head, that collapses soon but stays there for awhile. Eh. The aroma is vaguely more honeyish than the usual soggy cornflakes (which aren't gone entirely), might even venture a vague vague touch of dark bread. The taste is surprisingly not bad - vague dark bread edged by *gasp* vague roast mixes with sweetish worty notes, along with some herbal-citric notes. This is actually decent. Light bitterish herbal hoppy finish. Have to give credit where credit's due, but this is way above average for a n/a. Its industrial carbonation bite and obvious lack of fermentation show its origins, but frankly, if I *had* to for some reason, though I still don't see what reason that would be, I would drink this again. And, for its ilk, that's the highest of praises.

Tap at Hospůdka V Ateliéru, shared with Nisse666. So, Radegast 6 Chmelu, Volba Sladků for February 2019. Joy. Radegast kinda surprised me with its new regular range, so I hoped this would follow suit. Old gold-amber clear body, white head, lasting. Flowery notes mingling with some maltiness in the aroma, but not particualrly enticing. To the contrary. The taste is even more of a disappointment. Extremely dry, to the point of astringency, bready notes, light herbal touches, vague fruitiness from the misused American hops (Citra probably trying its best not to fail). Hard to drink how dry it is without help from other aspects of the mouthfeel and very much not moreish. If not for the vague diluted aroma hop presence that pops up in the taste at times, this would've scored even lower.

Lane w czeskiej knajpie. Klarowne, jasnozłote, piana trwała. W aromacie trochę dmsu, niski diacetyl, pod tym żatecki. W smaku niewiele się dzieje. Goryczka niska. Wodniste. Kiepskie.
