The Hoppycampe brewery is the story of a father, Fred, and his son, Thibault, who wanted to work together on a shared endeavor. A few years ago, the idea of creating something together emerged. Today, this project has taken shape in the production of organic, local, and low-carbon beer. The cool thing about this location in Plaisance is the lush green setting.
