Funky Taphouse 6.5% Galaxy IPA contract brewed at 7 Brau. On tap at The Common Room, it pours a deep amber with a thick creamy beige head. Lovely tropical fruit aroma with a nice malty sweet backbone. The taste is sweetly fruity goodness with a sweet candy hit in the middle before finishing with bitter fruits. Really nice stuff. Apparently the brewer Philip used to work at a brewery in Sydney.
