Pours orange with a foamy head. Aroma has notes of fruits and grass. Taste is slightly fruity and malty with notes of hops. Nice, slightly bitter and smooth finish. Okay bitter.

Lots of dry and sourish apples in the aroma. Also some leather. Palate is dry and so is finish. Flavour is very close to Finnish apples – sourish and dry. A pleasant cider that is dry enough.

Draughty (Suomenlinnan Panimo, Helsinki) - Dark golden in colour. Malty and slightly fruity aroma with hints of grain and dried apricot. Malty and grainy taste with a hint of dried fruit in the finish. Not bad.

Draft at Suomenlinna brewery. Pours dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt and coffee with a little sweetness. Fruity but a little thin with a bitter aftertaste. (Rated 2011/04/27)

Draught@Olutkellari Helsinki. Slightly hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is citrusfruits, some wood and rather sweet malts. Flavour is quite similar with some mild toffee, cream and some grassy and floral notes. Wellbalanced and not overly hopped.

Draught@Suomenlinna brewpub. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is biscuity malts, mild fruits, some yeast as well as quite grassy notes. Flavour is quite similar with rather crisp maltyness and also a nice bitterness in the finish.

Draught@Brewpub. Orangeish pale amber colour with no head. Aroma is red and green apples along with some mild funk and sugary notes. Flavour is sweetish sour apples along with some mild soapy notes.

Draught@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Deep rubyish brown colour with a small head. Aroma is apple, liquorice, some sourness as well as quite sugary. Flavour is sweet sugary apples along with some mild sourness as well as some slight spicyness.
