ABV: 12.0. Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light brown to beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, barrel, oak, dark fruit - soy sauce, moderate bread - dark bread. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, barrel, barrel - bourbon - laber larver, dark malt, sweet malt, dark fruit. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240317]

Svart med brunt skum. Lukter trevirke, jord, lakris, mørkt brød og snus. Fyldig. Fløyel i starten før heftig alkohol iutover. Smaker salt lakris, smørkaramell, espresso, mørk sjokolade, fat og storbakken. Lang.

Svart med lyst brunt skum. Lukter lys karamell(smørbukk) svisker, trevirke, røstet malt. Mild i forhold alkoholprosent. Myk i munnfølelse. Bourbon, røstet malt. Fyldig. Kraften og alkoholvarmen kommer i avslutningen. Meget god.

Aromas are black patent, cocoa, roast, dark malt, molasses, oak and maybe vanilla. Flavors are similar to nose, sweet but not overpoweringly. Good body and carbonation for the style. Cocoa comes out a bit more as does a hint of bourbon and coconut. Alcohol is fairly well hidden. Good stuff.
