Lazy Magnolia is Mississippi’s oldest packaging brewery, and the first one since prohibition was enacted in 1907. We’ve been offering locally brewed beer to Mississippians since we were founded in September of 2003.

12 oz bottle in the hotel. Pours a clear watery brown with a decent tan pillowy head. Nice appetizing aroma of pecan, cashew, some vanilla, some milk chocolate. Taste is a little watery but nice smooth mouthfeel, an easy drinker.

Clear caramel colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, pecan, nuts. Sweet malty flavour, caramel. Finish caramel, malts.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty spicy caramel and dark fruit flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy dark fruit and caramel finish.

Bottle. Lemon, chamomile, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet citrus, chamomile, wheat malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Decent.

Bottle. Dark chocolate malt, ash, and hay aroma. Black with giant brown head. Moderately sweet coffee, dark chocolate malt, lightly sour milk, and mildly bitter ash and hay flavor. Good body. Kind of nice to have a straight imperial stout.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottled on March 23, 2018, poured into a glass. Slightly hazy light orange with medium white head. Aroma is citrus herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is nice citrus hops. Nice IPA.

Bottle. Orange, light biscuit malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with nice white head. Moderately sweet orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter fresh grass flavor. Good body. My favorite of the 4.

Bottle. Lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter dry hay (along with some cardboard flavors most likely due to the age of the beer). Good body. A very nice blonde ale.
