500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Slightly spicy, bready wheaty and minimally citrusy aroma, hints of orange and mandarine zest, some coriander. Taste is sweet-ish, citrusy fruity and wheaty, slightly peppery spicy, hints of mandarine and lemon zest, some coriander, minimally floral overtones with a chamomile touch; soft carbonation.

50cl bottle. A clear dark orange brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark malt, mild roasted malt, bitter hops, coffee. Taste of bitter roasted malt, coffee, mild bitterness, some lactose, round and good!

Golden with little white head. Aroma is gummy bears, phenolic esters, not so fruity, Taste is watery bitterness with a spicy finish. Finish is only bitter yeasts. Not for me.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with hardly any head. Aroma is fresh yeast, some peach, peppery. Taste is peppery, malty, bready, dead yeasts. Medium carbonation. Not my kind of Saison.
