Part of a sample flight at the source. Clear, orange amber, bubble pour. Earthy sweet nose, fresh un-fermented honey, soft & barely recognizable as maple. Taste is gentle, natural maple candy, barely smokey, not deep or dark, like AA grade. Sweet & floral honey, decent acid, rich & coating. Good.

Sample flight at the source. Clear, purple red, still brew. Sweet, citrus & wildflower honey nose. Taste is tart & sweet, much like blueberry muffins. Very little if any blueberry skin tannins, which was disappointing. Rich honey coating, more acidity, flat. Confused by this one. Wasn't much of a fan.

Sample during our full course flight at the source. Kinda black, assuming it's clear, still. Delicate, sugary honey & some subtle spice on the nose. Root beer is very sweet, thick with cola, vanilla & medicinal spice. Lingering honey slickness, zero burn. Low carb needs to be way stronger. They admittedly had issues with it. Good.

Sample two on the flight at the source. Mostly clear, carbed, lightly oily brown brew. Mellow sugary ginger soda nose with a twinge of wildflower. Ginger mead feels like a Canada Dry clone, the fresh ginger version. Low carb, a little syrupy, soft tannins. Okay.

First pour in a flight at the source. Dark, clear, fruity wildflower nose. Taste is more wildflower, strong acid, cola, soft bitterness, very subtle grain & wax, the subtlest of carbonation. Low abv show mead. Interesting to pretty good.
