Bottle at home shared with Laura. Opaque black color, medium sized brown colored head that diminishes quickly. Aroma and flavor are malts, some liquorice, pleasant roast, dark malts and bourbon in the background. Oh this is a sigh of relief to be honest, finally another straightforward RIS without adjuncts and just some bourbon BA. Quite satisfying.

Bottle shared with Jan & Charlotte when visiting Ulfborg on our holiday. Great to meet up! Clear darker amber to red-brown color, small beige head. Aroma is horrible: green plants, old rotting leaves, herbs or spices. Weird. Flavor is malts, green plants, rotting leaves again, anise (?), honey, very weird. Not my thing at all. Is there peat in there as well? Hmm no not my thing at all. Bleh.

Flavor is malts, spices, herbs, gin kick in the back, I do get a cooked cabbage note in the end. Not as bad as the aroma, but not my kind of beer.
