Bottle from BRAUBAR. Gave me almost an explosion of foam upon opening it, despite sitting in the fridge undisturbed for more than a day. Very wheaty aroma indeed. Heavily carbonized, some citric aroma, but I can’t really find the melon in there.

Tap at Zwanze Day Zurich. Yup, it’s a Berliner with holunder, nicely done. A bit too tart for my taste, but a nice sourness.

At Erzbierschof. Hazy yellow color with small white head. Aroma is elderflowers, lacto, strong tartness. Fruity-refreshing taste, aggressive sourness. Refreshing. Very aggressive, but well-done!

On tap at The International. Pours very dark brown, almost black. Roasty aroma for a brown. Well balanced taste, but also not particularly exciting.
