3 finger cream head. Golden really nice appearance. Very crisp. Dank pine with apples. Insanely bitter. Lots of sweet crystal malt at the finish. Very piney and a touch of allspice and cloves

Off gold hazy no head. Nose is juicy and sweet. Loads of citrus. Great mouthfeel. Nice texture insanely bitter. You get a touch of alcohol booze with grapefruit acidity. Grassy but odd bandaid finish. Interesting beer. Wish it tasted better than the nose.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours golden amber with a white head. Aroma is fruity/resin. Med body or better. Flavor is very dank hop with a little smoke. The combo confuses my brain. Getting a "burnt rubber" interpretation. Which doesn’t seem to be a bad thing. Hoppy as all heck. Finishing bitter.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Aroma of moderate muddled citrus. Clear amber with bright white head that lingers as a slight pillow and leaves webbing down the glass. Taste is citrus, resin and pine in front half following thru to a strong bitter finish. Moderate biscuit in the latter half.

On tap at Gourmet Haus. Aromas of moderate roast and slight citrus/grapefruit. Opaque with a dense tan head. Flavor leans toward moderate roast and biscuity malts, with the hops only showing in support. I prefer CDAs that are more hop forward so that the roast does not take over the flavor profile.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau during SF Beer Week. Pours a very slightly hazy pale orange with a moderate white head that lingers. Aroma of overt grapefruit and slight pine/resins. Taste is strong hop flavor with a semi-dry finish and moderate bitterness. Joins the camp i like of DIPAs and triple IPAs that focus on aroma and flavor over bittering hops. Well done.
