On tap at Stoup, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tropical fruits, melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with lots of tropical melony hops, bright pine, and just enough crisp, doughy malt to back. Great expression of the Mosaic. Excellent.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has potent allium, grassy hops, some dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is dank and grassy, with allium, dank hops, and grassiness. Bright, grassy, and oniony finish. Good for Citra.

On tap at Stoup, pours a clear golden blonde with a small whit where. Aroma is on the dull side in terms of expression, with light pine, earthy hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with soft piney hops, earthy notes, and doughy malt. Nice clean hop character but lacks punch. Good.

On tap at Stoup, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of hopburn, moderate chalk, and some miscellaneous earthy hops. Flavour has somewhat better clarity, with earthy hops, light hopburn, and a touch of chalk. Not a great hop expression but not the worst hazy.
