Description
You can come get to know our beers and the people behind them at either of our two locations.
Our original brewery on Lincoln Avenue is home to our Brewery Shop, where you can sample or purchase to-go, and a Tap Room, where you can stay, get a bite to eat and get to know who we are and what we do. You can now also visit our new brewery, on Balmoral Avenue, where we have a beer garden in nice weather and a completely separate food program.
Both locations offer perennials Daisy Cutter, Bodem, Pony Pilsner and Tuna plus plenty of small batch beers released weekly.

Medium body, oily and granular. Sweet and boozy, apple brandy with some sharp heat, cocoa powder, coconut, cinnamon in the aftertaste. A lot going on here, and not all of it hits the mark. The flavors are yummy, but too grainy and sharp. Nice though.

Wow, this is really good. Aromas are sweat, melon, citrus, resin and fresh sawn lumber. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, excellent balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation leaning slightly dry. Loses the lumber and citrus, resin and a hint of MJ come out. Body is spot on for a pale ale. And a touch chewy. I could drink more of these no problem.

Lots of bourbon from the barrels, chocolate and vanilla comes through later. It’s not too sweet, well-balanced, thick.

Tastes cinnamon, vanilla, spices, coconut, barrel notes, Brandy, bit boozy. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of Brandy, cinnamon and vanilla notes. Very nice one, boozy and heavy, overall very good

Coffee with alcohol, I get the vanilla and the toasted pecan clearly, but it’s straightforwardly an excellent coffee stout
