Draft at Malt in Fossa, Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours hazy, very pale yellow, with limited white foam, fine. Aroma rich: lactic, tannic, white grapes. Body is dense with limited carbonation. Taste is sour, with noticeable bitterness and limited sweetness. Finish is fairly long, leaving you with intense salivation.
