Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes pines, bit soapy, tobacco, Marzipan, nutty, lightly ashy, spices. finishes lightly dry and light to medium bitter with notes of spices, tobacco and pines. Very nice one, great balance, very smooth to drink, great balance between hops and roasty bitter notes.

Draft at Malt in Fossa, Sogliano al Rubicone, Italy. Pours hazy, very pale yellow, with limited white foam, fine. Aroma rich: lactic, tannic, white grapes. Body is dense with limited carbonation. Taste is sour, with noticeable bitterness and limited sweetness. Finish is fairly long, leaving you with intense salivation.

From the tap in Sogliano sul Rubicone. Pours pale yellow with white foam, fluffy. Aroma is grapefruit. Body is tendentially light. Taste is lightly sweet and tangy. Finish is short.
