Golden. Soft features. Some light earth and sweet malts, floral, mild spicy tones. Very soft featured overall. A nice and easy drinker.

Draft 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. A cloudy golden pour with a thinning fizz head. A subtle sweet aroma of melon fruit, citrus hops. Flavor is a cool orange fruit, melon, withwith a juicy finish. Very refreshing. Another solid addition to the lineup.

On tap at Cloudburst, pours a hazy golden yellown with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits, vinous hops from the Nelson, and melon. Flavour bursts of tropical fruits, especially melon, with dry citrus hopping and a nice astringent finish. Loads of depth, with exceeding drinkability. Excellent.

On tap at Cloudburst, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fairly subtle, with pungent piney hops and citrus dry hopping. Flavour is quite dry and fairly monolithic, with piney hops, dry hopping and toasted biscuity malt. Dry and drinkable, but not with the depth of other Cloudburst IPAs I've had. Still, solid.

On tap at No Anchor, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lovely dank hops, tropical fruits, and just enough toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is impeccably balanced, with loads of piney hops and juicy tropical fruits. Aggressive in flavour despite being massively drinkable. Creamy palate with wonderful depth. Excellent.

Draft 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. Pretty sure this is the first ever Wit Saison hybrid beer I’ve ever had, but I’ll check the books. Not only that, its cool to see Steve bringing some Allagash type influence over from the old days, a brewery I’ve seeked out since beer and I first met. A cloudy golden orange pour with a patchy head and lace. Heavy yeast character in the aroma. Slightly dry. Orange peel and soft spice with a cool finish. Would never guess this was a Cloudburst beer, based on the past year of releases. Solid beer. Keep me guessing! Ordering another.

Nitro 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. This breaks up a lengthy streak of Cloudburst beers I’ve tried being in the hoppy category. Beers like this prove that they aren’t just killing it in the IPA game, but in the beer game in general. Instead of coming up with something crazy and unheard of, they take styles that everybody else does, and makes them better. Cola brown pour with a tan cream nitro foam head. Sturdy roasted coffee aroma. Smells delicious. Like the coffee bean aisle at the store. Flavor is milk chocolate first and a mellow coffee finish with no bitterness. Made with cold brew. Considering beer and cold brew coffee are two of my favorite things in this world, this was awesome. Going back for more!

Draft pour pint at Cloudburst. Very thick and cloudy orange pour with a thin fizz head. I was worried I was going to miss out on this beer. Put it off a little past comfort level, but didn’t have another No Recess incident this time. Juicy orange and grassy hop aroma. Flavor is grainy, thick malt body, with a juicy background. Orange juice. Look and taste. Creamy and refreshing. Expect nothing less.

Draft 12 oz pour at Cloudburst. Always a fun experience to try a Cloudburst beer not dominated by hops. I don’t fear the change. Pours a near black with a thin foam head. Heavy cinnamon spice aroma. Amazing. Flavor is heavy cinnamon, gingerbread, vanilla, pumpkin, and other autumn spices. An ideal beer for the weather. Some chocolate to round out the finish. An excellent pumpkin beer here. Further proof that these guys do all beer great. Awesome.

Draft pour pint at Cloudburst. Hops hops, and more hops! Hazy golden pour with a fading fizz head. Dank hop covered aroma. Flavor is a solid hop bitterness without being harsh. More of a grassy hop variety with fruit being an afterthought. An imperial feel to it. An IPA that gained momentum as it went. Solid stuff.
