Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is perfume, flowers, grains, butter. Body is light, rather sweet, softly bitter, smooth carbonation, a bit oily. Low on flavours. Sweetish palate. Okay.

Pours a clear dark amber-brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma and flavors of roasted malts, nuts, caramel notes, hints of dark chocolate. Finish is slightly tangy.

Aroma: Roasted, dark malt, dark chocolate.
Taste: Dark malt, roasted, some dark chocolate. Slightly burnt. Smooth. Nice.

Black color with small beige head. Aroma of bread (pumpernickel), bärendreck and coffee. No unpleasant bottom-fermented wet cellar. Taste is dark malts, coffee. Light-bodied, but full taste and not watery. A Schwarzbier masterpiece!

On tap. Pours black. Aroma of Bääredräck, as we would call this in Swiss German - It’s a type of liquorice. Well rounded taste, not as watery as other Schwarzbier.
