Small goblet at the warehouse bar. Dusty, opaque, pale straw gold pour; still. Faint earthy-tart nose, lemon. Yeasty, banana clove, soft dessert apple sweetness, hefe finish. Feels messy, as it's intentionally under attenuated. Unfiltered, but most of his ciders have time to settle better. It'll probably be better once the bottles start exploding. Apparently this one is popular as a quaff. Not for me.

Clear, pale gold, baby goblet pour at the source. Sweet lettuce, soft pear, sweet nose. Taste is bittersweet, leaning sweet. Fruity, Sweet Tart candy, melon, touch of harmless funk, sugary stalled finish. Sticky, medium-low carb, low abv. Okay to good.

Bottle pour @Cache Cider. Baby goblet. Floral, blueberry skin nose, acrid apple. Yeasty mouthfeel, bittersweet apple core, empty middle, tart blueberry skin finish. As I understand this, it was a happy accident. Really great quaffer.

On tap @ in bottle @Cache Cider. Cloudy, pale straw, almost gray. Clear in the bottle. Was told the red color aged out. Big floral/hibiscus sweet nose. Lots of residual sweetness, but snappy. Creamy flavors of red apple skin, banana & lingering sour cherry. Finish is sweet tarts. Half crispy, juicy, low abv, better than thin. Good start.

On tap @Cache Cider. Pretty apple orange gold color; settled. Salty, leafy, slightly floral nose. Taste is creamy, semi-sweet, warming apple spice, floral, drying skin. Fainty carbed, quite juicy with a lot of residual left. Good.

12oz bottle back at the hotel before we left. Oily, protein hazed, spirited, burnt orange pour. Smell is mainly chemical burn orange soda with a touch of apple bitterness. Rich orange Flintstone vitamins, caked chalk, sweet apple residue, chemical burn finish. Soda.
