750ml from Press online. Few hours in the fridge. Mojito glass @home. Clear, bright, orange-amber, active brew. Cooked down apple butter, fallen leaves, very slight sharpness on a very round nose. Caramelized bittersweet apples, pithy seed, earthy sweetness, middle hit of a soapy floral, faint funk on the very tail. Lingering pith. Fizzy, strong forced carb. Very light oxidation. A touch of texture, mellow abv. Lacks complexity but drinks well.
