It's good ol golden russet but done oh so perfectly by haykin, soft dry apple juice love.
Like ripe red apples I'm used to except full of English dry humor. Gorgeous color and nose as usual from haykin.
The sweet tannic notes on this are insane, lots of figs and dates all over apple sweetness. Addictive apple funk.

Razor sharp acidity is there but real short and delicious with the upfront sweetness. Wonderful flavors.
Delish medium cider, light carb, thick apple, resiny and sweet.
Way better than the 2018 (for me), but also I don't like English breakfast tea so that might be it. More balanced sweet and dry notes, lots of apple deliciousness. some tea notes still exist but a lot less burnt caramel notes.
