Description
Brasserie du Merle opened in 2018 and produces locally sourced, locally sourced, and sustainable craft beer. We make organic beer and run a beer bar on site. We heat with sweat and heat with flames and brew with love.
The primary goal of Brasserie du Merle is to brew quality craft beers for local distribution in and around the Chambéry area. To achieve this, the brewery's premises allow us to produce 300hL annually, which can easily be increased to 1000hL if needed.
