On tap at Triple Rock Ales, Berkeley. Aroma of citra hops, peach, a bit estery, piney. Nice dry body, some sweetness. Soft carbonation. Oily mouthfeel. Classic West Coast IPA, but it sorta blends together with many others of these IPAs.

Tap at the brew pub. Pours light amber with an off-white head. Aroma is mostly peach. Med body. Flavor is suggestive of peach, then caramel, slightly roasty, and then mild dankness. Compared to some hop monsters, it’s mild. Finishes fruity and mildly bitter. Very nice.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light citrus aroma. Summer fruit and light grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Summer fruit and light grapefruit lingers. Nice balance.

Tap at the brewpub. 2014 Festivus MiracAle. Apparently changes a bit each year. EKG and NS for hop. Pours gold with a creamy near-white head. Spice and citrus aroma. Flavor of tropical fruits and citrus. Pale malt. Fresh and tasty.

Enjoyed at gabf 2014. It pours with a clear gold body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma is kind of grassy, a little spicy and some pineapple like notes. The flavor comes across crisp and fresh with firm levels of spicy almost dank hops, pineapple, grapefruit and then it picks up a dash of sweet maltiness as well as this heads into the finish. Tap at the brewpub. Tulip filled with black and a puffy 3 finger dark tan head. Aroma is very dark; rather sweet chocolate, and identifiable maple. Full bodied, or nearly. Flavor is rather earthy chocolate with some maple. All backed by strong coffee and some dark, treacly malt. Arguably complex.Pretty tasty stuff.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours darkish gold with a white head. Aroma seems a bit rye spice. Med body. Flavor is hoppy, but the rye disguises the hops. Likely citrus. Finishes ryeish, hoppy and nicely bitter. Excellent.

Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is citrus, fruity, maybe a touch earthy. Arguably grassy or spicy. Med body. Flavor pretty much matches aroma. Fruit seems a bit unusual. Not a super hop bomb. But very hoppy.
