Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours light gold with a slight white head. Smells sort of bready and mildly white berry. Med body or nearly. Flavor is rather spicy, and floral/white berry. Followed by some bread. It is crisp and clean. But it’s a bit like someone poured a little Fume Blanc into the beer. If this was a blind taste, I’d probably think it was a pretty good pale lager.

Bottle thanks to Bob. Pours a clear orange with small frothy white head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is belgian yeast, clove, bubblegum. Thin mouthfeel with strong grain, yeast, and sweet finish.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy orange/gold with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus, honey and arguably coriander. Med body or nearly. Flavor is wheat, honey, citrus/coriander. The honey tends to stick around in the mouth. Could use a bit more citrus to fend off the honey. Finishes towards sweat. There’s finally something suggesting Belgian yeast. Well made, but one wonders about the honey fixation.
