Tap @ Watering Hole, Yoyogi. Pours clear golden, some white foam on the top. Nose is fruity and tropical, hint of citrus. Tastes creamy, light pear marmalade, superbly balanced does not feel too sweet or too bitter, just right. Drinks way too easy for this abv, dangerous goods. Me like this.

Got this from RaulMondesi. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink; with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Loved the hop profile as expected. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on west coast style example.

Super turbid light golden white color. Frothy white head. Smells like lemon meringue pie with mangoes. Nice lacto.The mouth is dank, low bitterness, with very lemon meringue character persisting. This underlying tannic character that I like. I would love to have had this super fresh, as is it is still really nice. Overall a pineapple lemon milkshake.
