Bottle, 22oz, courtesy of fonefan. Itโ€™s a clear, pale amber beer with a finger-thick off-white head leaving some lacings. The aroma has an underlying caramel sweetness, but itโ€™s the hops that runs the show. Pine cones and grapefruit. Some peppery hints in the flavor, pine cones and grapefruit too, the malty sweetness are subdued but present. Itโ€™s full-bodied and semi-dry on the palete, finishing mostly bitter. A pleasant and tasteful IPA that I could easily drink a few of every now and then. 110319

Bottle. Pours with a hazed, deep bronze body with a large off-white head. Aromas of pine, orange, citrus, raw grain, raspberry, caramel, and a light astringent grain (tannic extraction) note. Flavors of bitter, nearly harsh grain tannic notes, caramel, ash and light fruit (citrus mainly). Not horrendous, but not well done. Lively bubbles. Dry.

Bottle at the Blue Palms Brown Bag IPA tasting (tasted blind). Bottle thanks to IPAfiend (I think).Pours with a hazed golden body and a small white head. Aroma is fruity, dank, with some raisins or molasses (odd). Taste is fruity, and grainy. Maybe a bit faded, or didnโ€™t translate well to the bottle. Dry mouthfeel.
