Tap at Jβs. Deep brown to black with little head. Light mint and herbal nose with some chocolate malt. Cacao and mint, grass and herbs. A little weird on the finish. Herbal and grassy black IPA, but a tad thin.

Keg at the Country Boy taproom. Pours murky red-purple with minimal white foam head. The nose has row, tangy and juicy berries, cherry, blackberry, a little black pepper. Light-medium sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some pale bread, more tangy blackberry, raisin, cherry. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Cleansing finish with further tart, dark berries, mellow acidity, faint woody dryness, bitter berry skins. Really good fruit sour.
