On nitro tap at Lost Cause, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out white chocolate, with light oak and a hint of vanilla. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with vanilla, white chocolate and honey treacle notes. Nicely balanced. Very good.

On tap at Lost Cause, pours a hazy amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out heaps of earthy coffee, with some chicory and light vanilla. Flavour is complex, with coffee, light earthy note, and light vanilla. The coffee mixes with the honey beautifully. Complex and deeply-layered. Wonderful.

On tap at Lost Cause, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry earthy notes, with dry wildflower honey. Flavour is fairly dry, with light floral honey, wildflower honey and light brown sugar. Nicely balanced, with a good complexity. Excellent.

On tap at Lost Cause, pours a dark pinkish purple with a small pink head. Aroma brings out earl grey tea, with light blueberries and a hint of lemon. Flavour is medium sweet, with tart blueberries, medium sweetness and wildflower honey. Deep and complex, but pretty light for what it is. Excellent.

On tap at Lost Cause, pours a clear pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out light hibiscus and a touch of grapefruit. Flavour is along the same lines, with hibiscus, light grapefruit and a touch of sweet wildflower honey. Nicely balanced, with a lightly sweet finish. Really good.

On tap at Lost Cause, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry hopping, with floral notes and light honey. Flavour is lightly floral, with light honey, wildflower and floral notes. Nicely constructed, with a lightly bitter and floral finish. Very nice.

Draft - Muddy and confused with no real Chocolate to speak off. Clear gold. Taste is as confused as the nose. For a meadery that has obvious skill this gimmick is a bit disappointing.

Draft - Hony, wood and coffee. Dark clear orange. Nice wood a light coffee note. Balanced.

Draft - Red fruit and a sticky almost reduced pomegranate. Deep purple. Dark pomegranate and honey.
