Smells like it has ginger, but maybe it those limes? Tastes very thick and sweet, with a lot lime character. Hard to find anything else over the overpowering lime and sweetness. Pleasant, though.

Bottle pour at Lost Cause - Bay Park, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Aroma is complex, with intense peated scotch, brandy and soy sauce, with a nice floral honey base. Flavour is very salty as hell, being dominated by the soy sauce barrels; the brandy and peat are much further buried. Too salty and soy sauce-like for me. Okay.

On tap at Lost Cause - Bay Park, pours hazy pale golden, no head. Aroma is quite intense and confusing, with plenty of anise, fennel, sage and who know what else. Flavour is extremely spicy, with intense fennel, anise, sage, honey and booze. Extremely spicy, and feels dry despite the residual sugars. Not a great idea and the execution doesn't win me over. This doesn't work for me.
