GONZO Brewery - новая киевская мини-пивоварня (фактически - село Новые Петровцы), которая предлагает пиво сваренное по оригинальным рецептурам и собственной технологии. Пиво варится вручную на открытом огне. Оборудование сделанное по спецзаказу, сборное. Есть регулярные сорта, а также идут постоянные творческие поиски и эксперименты.

On tap at Vidro, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus and floral hops, some dankness and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dank citrus hops, some floral hops, and biscuity malt. Dank and potent. This is excellent.

Lavender Milk Stout from Gonzo

On tap at Vidro, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy lavender upfront, with a touch of lactose. Flavour is along the same lines, with sweet lacto, lavender, and some spiciness. Sweet and lavendery. Okay.

Robust Porter from Gonzo

On tap at Vidro, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is quite laid back, with toasted malt and chalk. Flavour is nicely balanced, with toasted malt and a hint of cocoa powder. Toasty and dry. Not that robust. Decent.

On tap at Vidro, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light cereal malts and lightly sweet vanilla notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with vanilla and sweet cereal malts. Very sweet and cloying. Not good.

On tap at Vidro, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out heaps of coriander, with soft wheaty notes. Flavour brings out lots of spicy coriander upfront, with little else to be discerned. Tons of spiciness from the coriander. Fun stuff.
