BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, off-white head. Smells of caramel, jam, bread crust. Light sweetness, thankfully not too sugary. Slightly astringent, feeling a bit green. Light astringent bitterness.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy deep golden, frothy white head. Sweet and juicy fruit and malts - ripe oranges, tart tangerines, soft piney resins blending into creamy caramel. Similar taste - big sweet pale fruit and malt - yum! The hops let you down a bit with an ever so slight cheesy note and the bitterness is a bit underwhelming - but this does not spoil the party too bad. Solid brew.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Opaque dark brown, huge short lived mocha head. Smells sour, but in a good way - nutty, green fruit seeds - there's some malt sweetness and roasty notes behind that. I'm even getting some sweet flowery undertones. The taste is not that sour, but still on the drier side - there's restrained black malΘ sugars, quite a bit of alcoholic heat - kinda like rum. The finish is strong spicy pungent hops that add more dryness, and some woody tannins too. Not your regular impy, and probably infected, but a happy accident that was.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost clear amber, white head. Strong tart fruit aroma - passion fruit, white grapes, gooseberries, very little proper malts and almost no resins. The taste is a good and easy balance of light pale malts and some fruity notes. Unfortunately, the bitterness feels harsh and boozy. A little flawed, but shows potential.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Almost clear bright gold, white head. Pretty strong aroma, nice pale honey maltsΡ lots of ripe and candied citrus, some herbs, mint. Also some yeasty meaty off-flavours, unfortunately. The taste follows with honey like pale malts, robust peppery mouth coating bitterness. The body is a bit of a letdown, at least until you pour in the sediment. Overall a nice malt and hop base, minus a few shortcomings (yeast and body).

Bottle at home. Hazy golden-amber, frothy white head. The aroma is quite authentic - Orchard fruit, apples, quince - spicy dusty herbs, only a hint of malt sugars. Similar taste, fruity and herbal, with a hint of alcoholic spicy, a tad phenolic. Soft carbination. Nice and smooth, even though not spectacular.
