Opaque deep brown, beige head. The aroma is roasty with acid rost grain notes, dark bread / muffin sweetness. Similar taste quite a bit of dark malt sweetness, moderate roasty notes and firm long lingering spicy hoppy bitterness. Smooth carbonation, crisp yet soft body.

DEC-2019. Batch #1. Clear golden, big somewhat soapy white head. Beautiful aroma - pale malts and honey, spicy grass and funky dried herbs, hay - rustic, yet bright. Similar flavour, spicy, warm and herbal, light crisp well carbonated body, a touch of palest malts for balance and a gentle herbal bitterness. An excellent light table beer. 3,9/5.
MAY-2019. Batch #1. Hazy gold, white head. Mild fruity notes and some honey, lemon pith, spicy peppery grass - smells more spicier than hoppy. Similar flavour - spicy fruity, gentle honey. Enough body, mild peppery finish. More a saison than IPA. A good one, though. 3,6/5.

BOTTLE. Slightly hazy dark amber, frothy ivory head. The aroma starts with some apricot jam - kinda British - soon replaced by wet grains, and even that is quite weak. Pretty rough aroma. The taste not as disappointing - light to moderate crystal sugars and fruit, jam, quite a bit of spicy earthy and grassy hop. Medium body, carbonation in the lower end. A bit too sticky, especially for the style. Mediocre.

BOTTLE from Berero. Slightly hazy dullish amber, soapy white head. Smells of citrus drops, subtle malt undertones. The taste is quite neutral and kinda muted - citrus lollipops, dull malts, unassertive bitterness. Could be a bit oxidized. Mediocre.
