Description
Du malt, des masses de houblon, des putains de levures et une grosse dose de métal. Extrêm beer for extrêm peoples.

The Brasserie Haarddrëch - Pure Fucking Ale Raisers was created in 2016 by Bertrand Declaron in Champis in Ardèche. Bertrand is a self-taught man who started out with a book on home brewing, one thing leading to another he put down his cabinetmaker's chisels for a fourquet (History does not say whether he built it himself.)

Fan of IPA, he naturally orients the Haarddrëch brewery towards this style which he quickly masters and is open to Russian Imperial Stouts and Sour (s). Carried by metal and extreme metal music, he was inspired by them and this current became his graphic charter and the names of the beers.

In February 2021, he moved for the third time and the Haarddrëch brewery placed its vats in Alboussière, still in Ardèche. The brewery switches to 666 hl production and Greg joins the team, doubling the production team. Niko the appointed graphic designer has set up his tattoo parlor on the premises.

Bottle thnx to Lee ! Pours black, médium, stable tanned head. Smell is roasty, some passion fruit, notes of hoppy grassyness, but Def more to the background. Taste is sharp, bitter. Full on passion fruit with a roasty finish. Hot damn. This is quite good, actually! Medium thin to medium body, rather high Carbo. Passion fruit lingers. I like this WAY more than I anticipated for.
