Im Glas findet sich glanzfeines Hellgoldgelb wieder. Feine bis mittelgrobe Perlage steigt hoch. Der weiße, fein- bis mittelporige Schaum fällt rasch aum etwa 1 cm zusammen, hinterlässt dabei aber schöne Gardinen am Glasrand. In der Nase wirkt dieses Bier leicht stechend, schnapsig und phenolisch. Auch im Antrunk und am Gaumen setzt sich diese Aromatik fort. Man nimmt zwar auch getreidige Malznoten und den Mais-Charakter dieses Bieres wahr, jedoch überlagern diese kräftigen Noten die Aromatik zu sehr. So entsteht ein eher unrundes, wenig harmonisches Gesamtbild. Zu Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit erspare ich mir den Kommentar.

0.33 l bottle from Eataly Trieste, shared with Ogi. Clear golden, medium head. Aroma is grainy, cooked corn, bready. Grain, cardboard and sweet corn flavour. Light body, moderate carbonation. Light finish. Minimal bitterness.

330ml bottle, purchased for the Sardinia region tick even though it technically hasn't been for decades. Crystal clear yellow with a frothy white head which doesn't last. Aroma is sweet, corny, grainy. Taste is syrupy sweet, corny, grainy, doughy malts. Pretty fizzy, high carbonation I'd say. Predictably shite but it'll do for the tick. Acceptable as far as these mass produced lagers go.

Bottle at home thnx to a colleague. Golden beer, small head. Aroma is malt, grain, light skunked. Taste is malt, grain, sweet, light bitter, not too bad, drinkable.
