On tap at Uba ja Humal, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of smoked tomato skins, spicy peppers, and a touch of saline. Flavour of burnt tomato skins, intense spicy peppers, saline, and lacto. The tomato is intense and the peppers even more so. Fun ridiculous beer that is barely drinkable.

On tap at Uba ja Humal, pours a clear bright red with a small pink head. Aroma is all beetroot, smelling just like traditional borsch, with maybe a hint of saline underneath. Flavour is all beetroot, with plenty of sourness, earthy beetroot, saline, and a hint of lacto. Beer bomb. I like beets but you gotta have something else if you’re gonna put it in a beer. Fun but not good.

Draught, shared with Finn at Taproom Uba Ja Humal. Clear amber body under a covering off-white head, dotted spots on the glass. Moderate smell of noble hops and mid-sweet malts. Blended taste of mild caramel malts and herbal hops. Mid-dry malt-fruity ending. Medium bodied. Decent. (Tallinn, 07.11.2025).
