I’ve had this bottle for about six years and finally decided to open this at a recent tasting. Pours clear reddish brown color with no carbonation. Aromas of sweet apples and brandy. Very sweet apple flavor with brandy and a hint of booze. I was expecting a lot more alcohol flavor due to the 16.5% ABV. Thick and syrupy mouthfeel. Interesting cider.
