I have picked up this bottle directly at the bar Haute-Nendaz of this brewery, opening the bottle at home, Epalinges, after the birthday of my son at Urbakids. This one was probably infected, bad sourness, dry, tart, some hop, unpleasant, 11.12.21

Again this one is sour and a bit infected or an impression like that and don't except an amber beer, on the Belgian or German way, sour, yeasty, dry, at least an interesting side of cherry, the hop is discreet, 28.02.22, buying there directly at the owner, tasting it at Epalinges.

On tap at 3330 Alt Nendaz. Amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, acidic nose. Biscuity malty, caramel, vinous and acidic finish. Infected.

On tap at 3330 Alt Nendaz. Unclear orange/golden coloured, small off-white head, wheaty and mild banana in the nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light banana and high carbonation with bitterish finish.

On tap at 3330 Alt, Nendaz. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, light bready nose. Bready, herbal, light yeasty and dry bitterish finish. Bit watery.

Directly at the brewery that I have bought this bottle, the last summer between two storms and few sun. The first good beer of this brewery and that you can open the bottle normally. Tasty and refreshing lager, fruity note of malt, smooth, bready, 06.03.22

I have bought this bottle, directly at the bar of the brewery. Opening it for the 24th of December. Personally, I was disappointed about this ipa, comparing with others breweries, unbalanced and sour, not something that you could expect about an ipa, 28.12.21
