We brew in small batches, not because it’s trendy, but because it gives us space to honour the craft, listen to the ingredients & embrace a little chaos along the way.

We’re students of tradition. We look back to rustic farmhouse ales, monastic lagers, and lost expressions of barley and yeast and bring them forward with curiosity and care. This is a place that makes room for oddities, detours, and creative risks.

But our story isn’t told in silence. We’re obsessed with music, not just as background noise, but as creative fuel. From dusty crate-dug vinyl to late-night techno sets, dubby grooves to shimmering ambient, eclectic music moves through our brewery like oxygen. It’s what we play while mashing in.
