Bottle #0576. Pours pitch black with small tan head. Aroma: big dark malts, brown bread crust, some treacle, additional barrel notes. Medium body. Soft mouthfeel. Taste: roast, toast, treacle, subtle oak, vinous. Light to medium sweet. Totally out of any alcohol presence. Very dangerous. And fairly good.

Opaque deep brown. Moderate well-lacing head of beige colour. Aroma: intense dark chocolate, lactic sweetness, daek malts. Medium minus body. Soft carbonation. Taste: light to medium sweet, creamy, malty, over-the-top chocolate, roasted barley, toasted malts. Low to light bitterness. Not bad. A lot is going on. Still out of balance.

Bottle. Misty amber look. Moderate white head of decent retention. Perfect lacing. Nose: fruity ale yeast, nectar, sprucy hops, neutral malts. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Taste: balanced malt and hop. Crackers, toast on the malt side. Grapefruit, resin on the hop side. Light sweet, medium bitter. The ending is what makes it appear an IPA. Insistantly hoppy, bitter. Well-tasting.
