Labelled as 'Peach Lambic', dated '2015' on label. Super clear, golden and light orange coloured body, all with a nice bit of effervescence along with a thinnish, single centimetre tall, just off-white head that fades relatively quickly. Aroma of super tart fruits with some apples, peaches, apricots, lemons and especially guava noticeable, all with a big dose of the spontaneously fermented yeasts with a dash of malt noticeable and a hint of dry flowers as well. Light-bodied; Assertive effervescence; Strong rich peach and fruit elements, right at first that show a tart, soured flavour and then give a little of the sweetness, along with a touch of dry, citrusey notes, but the tart and soured flavours are great and break through everything. Aftertaste shows the tart elements with a lot of yeast and funk noticeable with some of the spontaneously fermented, brett and even lactobilly notes showing through the seams, but the fruits and tartness are by far the strongest. Overall, a nice wild, tart and funky beer that hits the right marks, despite it not really tasting like a real lambic, it at least has some soured components, like a lambic. I sampled this 37,5 cL bottle, purchased exactly five years earlier at Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 12-July-2012 for US$10,61 sampled at my house here in Washington, exactly five years later on 12-July-2020.

Dank and rank. Smells like sweet diarrhea, tastes like the contents of seven sickly diapers.

This may not be worth $30 a 4pk of 12oz, but it is damn good. Really gets going as it warms. Fantastic.
