Deep red beer with a head for 2 full seconds. Vinous, red berries, fruitwine, chocolate, Be pralines with fruit-filling. Again very vinous in the mouth, red wine, fruit, quite tart finish. Dry, dry-out effect to some extent. Medium bodied, acidthinning notwithstanding. Very good, even if the wine dominates maybe a tad too much.

Very good dense white head over fully hazy golden beer. Lactic acid, stonefruit, yeast & herbs, nice. Bitterish, faintly Brett flavour over a fruitflavour, not unlike the Japanese salted dried plums - with 99% of the salt extracted. Slick, if light bodied. Quite well-carbonated. Nice, but lacks maybe a bit of stamina. Calling this a saison is something I exceptionaly accept, in this case.

Pale cyclamen colour with a small rim, lasting a whole 3 seconds. Nice, nearly concentrated fruit/cherry nose; hint at orangeblossom. Flowery cherries - the fruit and the blossoms. Very good, tart but not outspokenly acidic. Light body, titillating CO², sharpish, lipsmacking acidity after some time. Like it!
