Little boozy, but the prominent maple leads to a smooth, delightful finish. Not too heavy, either. This is spectacular on #stoutsunday

375ml pours a starchy yellow white head. Nose has lychee and lemonade and some light barrel and acid. Flavor same with greegrape. 8 4 7 3 13

16 ounce can. Hazy, yellow gold pour. Small, dense, creamy white head. Biscuity malt aroma hints at stone fruit and herbal hops. Flavor follows nose. Pleasant malty notes of peach, pear and green apple are balanced by a dose of citrusy hops and light pine. Smooth and steady, like a terrapin on a long, lasting crawl to a musical destination. East meets West, somewhere in the middle…. at Garcia’s Forest.
