Bottle: Clear, dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma of caramel, hay, bread. Taste is caramel, breadheel....grainy. Mild hay bittering. OK, but a bit dry and stale feeling.

Bottle: Nearly clear gold with a small, off-white head. Mild, meat smoke, honey, grain aroma Taste is a soft, watery ham.....barley malt...a slight herbal bittering. Not overly smoky....more lager than smoke. Ok, but not anything memorable.

Pour is a clear amber with an average white head. Aroma is a nice biscuit malt with some toasted bread. Flavor is again a decent bready malt with a toasted grain. Finish doesn’t linger but this is quite malty from sip to swallow. I don’t know if the world needed another Mexican Vienna lager but this one is probably better than most imported from Mexico.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fairly coconut forward with a roasted coconut character that adds some nuttiness. Light chocolate notes and hints of roast. Light whiskey character. Pours a dark brown with a medium sized, moderately thick, tan head that slowly but steadily recedes. Moderate lacing and medium sized legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a strong coconut character. Some roasted coconut with coconut meat. Light chocolate and medium light nuttiness. Some medium light roast adds some unfortunate astringency. Medium bitterness. Light whiskey and oak notes. Fairly dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Medium astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but the roasted coconut adds too much astringency. The rye whiskey and oak notes are fairly light. A nice, dry finish with a bit of roast and chocolate.

Pour is a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is of pure hops with tons of citrus fruit. Flavor is an even more higher quality citrus fruit hop blast. Orange, mango and pineapple all make an appearance. So fresh and fruity with almost no bitterness or alcohol. This was a awesome DIPA. So fresh and fruity it will blow your mind.
