Description
The Solar Microbrewery is a project by Orestis Stephanou, a man with deep environmental consciousness and a lot of love for what he does! He produces fresh, non-pasteurized beer using raw materials from Thracian land while remaining environmentally friendly. Solar thermal collectors cover almost all energy expenses needed to produce the beer. As for the wastes, they are handled with special care.

500 ml bottle at home. Light hazy golden color with white gead. Malty aroma, grain, grass, citrus, some yeast notes. Sweet and bitter taste. Light to medium almost oily body with soft carbonation
