Tap at the brewpub. Sold as Rossa ( the local translation of blonde, so it seems ) . Pours clear, bit darker blonde. Small white head. Smell is weak, very mild hops; Taste is bit bitter, crunchy maltyness. Very full cereal-inspired malty aroma’s. Crunchy ! Very mild bitterness.

Pours mildly hazy blonde, small white head. Smell is phenolic, some wheat, but only very mildly so. Taste is phenolic, mildly spiced. Bit dry, mild wheat. Mild esthers. Nice, but more towards a german white than a Belgian one.
