Bottled@SBWF2011. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is whitewine like, mild honey and also quite a bunch of floral notes. Flavour is very similar with some dry apples involved as well. Nice and not all too sweet.

Bottled@SBWF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, hops, some herbs and mild wooden notes as well. Flavour is being quite similar in a nice balance. Hides the ABV very well.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy pale golden. Dry and citric. Light with some grainy harshness. Lemon domintes honey, alcohol is more prominent here than in the other meads from Mjödhamnen. Peppery warming finish.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Lightly hazy pale golden. Mid sweet with some red berries, Fruity with medium body, soft and mouthfilling. Balsamic, intense and warming. Lovely!

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy very pale yellow. Tart green apple aroma. Citric and slender, elegant and vinous like an unwooded chardonnay with a slight alcohol tingle. Dry and dangerously drinkable, yet with with complexity and depth.
