Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy broken white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light coffee. The flavour is moderate sweet with a roasty lactose light dry coffee bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours black with tan coloured head. Dark medium roasted malty aroma and taste, with milky chocolate, roasty charred burntness, caramel, vanilla, interesting sweet and roasted balance to this. Nice.

Tap@CBC 2015, Green Session - pours orange amber with a white head. Aroma and taste comprises sweet tropical fruits, prominent grapefruit, tangerine, citrus peel, good malty caramel backbone, resinous hoppy, pine needles, bitter finish. Lovely drop.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Black with a decent tan cap. Nose is a touch thin, dark malt, charr, chocolate, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate, light roast, cardboard, dark fruit peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Rich golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pine, grapefruit, caramel malt, earthy hops, bitter orange. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine, straw, caramel, toasted malt, punchy tropicana. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent DIPA.
