On tap at the brewery. It pours a pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma is very bright and lemony with hints of lemon/lime soda and salt. Background notes of candied ginger. The flavor is more ginger forward, but not spicy or overpowering. The body is light and the finish is refreshing with lemon, wheat and hints of saltiness. Really tasty.

On tap at the brewery. It pours an orangy light gold color with an off white head. The aroma is soft and funky with some grapefruit, creamy oak and hay/barnyard brett. The flavor is the same. Lightly tart orange with a hint of sweetness via some vanilla and oak. Velvety mouthfeel. Awesome stuff.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma is bright and lemony with some mandarin orange and herbals. The flavor is orangy with lots of wheat. A little coriander. Light candy-like sweetness and some soapy funk in the finish. Pretty good.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some light cookie malts and some orange. The flavor is lightly tart and orangy with some lightly toasted grains. Light pineapple sweetness. Hardly any Brett. A little toast in the finish. Clean.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a mostly clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is really nice and clean with bright lemon and hints of salt. The flavor is solid. Refreshing notes of lemon and fresh wheat. Coriander is there, but hardly noticeable. Light bodied and medium to high carbonation. Perfect for the style. A really clean, refreshing Gose.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a yellow gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong white peach, some funk, oak. Thin mouth, nice tartness, great peach flavor, light acidity, really enjoyed this.

Bottle thanks to Dan. Pours a very dark brown with small tan head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong bourbon, wood, chocolate, roast. Thick, chewy, roast, dark chocolate, wood, bourbon, spice finish, very nice.
