Clear gold with lots of lacing sticky white head. Nose is so damn solid, sticky citrus, soapy, vinous, piney, lightly catty. Flavor is total hop, malt is there only to cut, lemon, pine, grapefruit, soap, mild herbs. Crisp, bitter finish. Sessionable.

16oz pint at the brewery pours a very murky straw gold with some sticky, clumpy, lacing white head. Nose has mild hints of smoke, like smoldering grass, lemon, some mineral water, straw. Flavor follows along, some mild honey, straw, a little wheaty, hints of smoke, some mild brininess, a little raw yeast. Clean finish.

Very dark brown color, thick beige head with good retention. Aroma of coffee and cocoa. Taste is cocoa powder, coffee grounds. Nice.

Dark cloudy maroon brown, thick beige head with good tetention and solid lacing. Aroma of roasted cocoa beans. Taste is bitter chicolate, coffee grounds, light spice. Very tasty for a 3 percenter!

Draft at the source. Hazy bright golden yellow color, thin white head, delicate lacing. Amazing aroma of meadows, damp hay, fruit trees. Taste is barnyard haylofts, earth, light citrus, very subtle anise, some dankness. Dry finish. A work of art.
