Bottle split at CBC Covborn, thanks to Nathan, 10/10/18. Reddish black with a light crimson covering. Nose is sweet berries, honey, sugar rush, raspberries. Taste comprises raspberry jam, honey, sugars, cherry skins, mixed berry compote, glazed berries. Medium plus body, light oily feel, balanced alcohol in the close. Ok mead.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Nathan. Pours deep purple-brown with a few bubbles. A little tart, actually not super sweet, notes of blackberry and cherry. Medium bodied, not too thick. A bit of heat in the finish, more tangy and ripe dark berries, quite minimal honey sweetness. Alright.

Bottle shared at craft beer Co Covent Garden. Many thanks to Nathan for this one. A cherry brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is sweet cherry, sticky, rubber, wood, blueberry. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, woody cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant. Palate is semi sweet, light tang. Blueberry yogurt.
