ABV: 9.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, spicy, cherry - dark cherry - tart (sour) cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, spicy, cherries - sour cherries - sour cherries, sour notes. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light warming. [20211228]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear goldenn, small head. Distinct aroma of charcuterie smoke, Bamberg style. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Straightforward smoke flavourm delicious in itself, but not really accompanied by much else here. Fairly low bitterness. So yeah, pretty damn good, perfectly drinkable, but has a couple of centuries of work to perfect the product to reach Schlenkerla standard.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Black, small beige head. The nose is dominated by sour cherries. Tart with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. All about sour cherries, notes of coconut hardly any beer detected. Low bitterness. Could have been interesting, but it is totally unbalanced.
